What
if I want a change from time to time ?
La Grande Mare is
affiliated to R.C.I (Resort Condominiums International) which means that
you can exchange your week or weeks at La Grande Mare for time ownership
periods at any one of over 4500 R.C.I. resorts around the world. You could
go skiing in the best mountain resorts, retreat to the Caribbean in the
winter or take to the excitement of Disney World in Florida. Because of
its high standard, La Grande Mare enjoys the distinction of being a gold
crown R.C.I. resort. Time ownership here qualifies you to exchange with
the best time ownership resorts all over the world.
Can
I sell or rent out my holiday home ?
Like any other property,
you can rent it out, sell it, give it away or bequeath it to your heir.
Provided we have received sufficient notice, we can also endeavour to
sub-let your room or apartment on your behalf.
Which
parts of the hotel are available to time ownership ?
Rooms throughout the
complex are available to time ownership. You can relax in the sumptuous
surroundings of a hotel suite or enjoy the independence of a self-catering
apartment. And no matter where you stay within the complex, you can enjoy
all the facilities that La Grande Mare has to offer.
What
is included in the management package ?
An annual management charge, which is kept to a minimum and calculated independently, covers the complete cost of insuring your holiday, the buildings, furniture and equipment, of window cleaning, the upkeep of the grounds, rates and taxes, electricity, hot water, heating, administration costs and fees. Weekly cleaning, linen changes and the rental of the telephone and television are also included.
Time owners at La
Grande Mare are, of course, able to enjoy all the hotel’s facilities
- from the gastronomic delights of the award winning restaurant to the
challenging 18 hole golf course or the new health suite.
A special insurance policy is placed annually by the trustee to insure against any damage to the property. Alternative holiday arrangements will be made and, obviously, the accommodation and its contents will be replaced promptly.
Prices start from £1900.00 for a week, Licence Agreements are available for 10 or 15 year periods, or to the years 2012 and 2019 in the apartments and hotel suites respectively.
